Khloe 11 weeks old...

Here are a few of the pictures I have taken this week. She has been such a sweet baby this week. I have really enjoyed spending every waking moment with her. As you all know she has been sleeping thru the night for about the last 7 weeks which is such a blessing. One day this week she actually slept for about 12 hours. She must have been so exhausted we had been out visiting our friends Fred Okiyo's mom who is town from England for a few months so she really didn't get to nap much the day before because I was just holding her and kissing on her most of the day. I was so scared that she had slept 12 hours I kept going in her room and checking on her to make sure she was still breathing. But she was fine! LOL she is so much like her mommy and daddy...loves to sleep!!! Paul and I have always been the kind of people who could sleep until noon when we get the chance.

I have added a couple pictures of our friends Tanee & Nimish's new baby girl that i took while at the hospital visiting Tanee. Her name is Aanya Nimish Patel she was born June 1st she weighed 8 lbs 11oz and was 21" long exact same weight and length of Khloe....too funny huh! I have never seen so much hair on a baby in my life...her hair is at least 1 inch long and so thickk all over her head, I think Khloe is jealous of her already LOL!!!

This is my last post before I have to go back to work tomorrow. I know this is going to be a really rough week for me so please keep me in your prayers, I just hope I am not crying all day like a big baby my employees will be looking at me like I have really lost it if that's the case ;)

These little leggings she has on are so adorable they have bows on the back of her ankles and they really fit her perfectly! Ok maybe a little tight but they were still so cute on her!

These are a pair of pajamas her Aunt April got her that are so cute on her we put these on her a lot Paul and I both think she looks so adorable in them!















I couldn't resist putting this outfit on her it has the cutest thing written across the shirt "I'll always be daddy's little girl" When Paul came home to find her in this outfit and read her shirt his face just lit up and he said "awe yes you will baby girl" That was such a sweet moment to witness.

Just a few updates for the blog. Khloe Girl is now 10 weeks old today...wow how time flies! Who would have thought that after 10 short weeks I could ever LOVE someone so much (besides my husband of course) and to be able to know what she likes and dislikes and what her little noises mean in such a short time. She is truly a very happy baby except for when you have to stop feeding her to let her burp, you would think her world is ending...don't mess with her food! LOL! Her legs are getting so long now that most of her 3 month pajamas seem to small on her, it's not that they are tight on her belly or arms, just too short for her long legs. When I am feeding her she stands straight up on my lap or her Boppy pillow ( in case you don't know what this is, it's the pink pillow I use for a lot of the pics. of her and you put it around your waist while feeding her) and she is taller than my head. She has made great improvements in holding her neck up on her own. After she has burped I sit her on the edge of the Boppy pillow and I count to see how long she can hold up her own head...she just smiles and coo's at me the whole time...I have gotten to 80 before she has a meltdown and wants more of her bottle, she is so funny!


Khloe was cute she just stared at her mobile with the lights on for about 10 min smiling and coo-ing the whole time! It is so cute to watch her amazed by the lights, I wonder what she was thinking!









This was a new pair of pajama's I think her Granna June bought her even before she was born!





















This little outfit was cute...It has Watermelon and fruit all along the bottom of her skirt she has a matching bright blue one too she got from her Auntie Carmen!

I was getting ready one day in the bathroom and I turned around to see Khloe girl just smiling and "talking" to me! It was such a sweet moment as if she was saying "Mommy what are you doing?"

Ok I just had to share these photos with you guys. I went to the store to buy wipes and I was so excited when I saw these oversized bows my sister April and I were looking at online to buy but there was so many to choose from I never ordered them. And guess what was staring me in the face at Baby's R Us.... I LOVE THEM! Oh also there are a few I took the other night of daddy, Khloe and Maxx going for a walk in the neighborhood plus another one in a sweet little pink & gray outfit Granna Smith got for her before she was even born. Enjoy!!

Khloe's first trip to the beach!

One quick update from our last blog, Khloe did OK at her Dr. Appt for all those shots. She was "stabbed" 4 times 2 in each leg...it was so horrible to watch that happen! After the first shot her mouth flew open, face turned bright pink but no sound came out. I think I cried more than she did that day. The next few days she was a little fussy as they said she would be but for the most part everything went ok. I told Paul I could not stand to see that again and when it was time for her 4 month shots he would have to go by himself without me. He said "you can't leave me alone to handle this by myself", LOL! He's right that's not fair to do to anyone!

We went this past week to Destin, FL and met up with my family (April, Chad & Cole, Paul, Ally, Ashlynn & Ally's two girls, Mom & Terry, and Paul's friends Mike & Lynn and their 3 kids) We had a very relaxing time. We didn't get to spend too much time with them as everyone left on Friday and had been there since the previous Saturday. Paul & I weren't able to go until late Wednesday night but we were thankful for the short time we did have with them. Paul, Khloe and I were the only 2 left there on Saturday so we headed to the beach with Khloe in her new bathing suit, matching hat, "skort", and sun shirt. We weren't sure how she would do in the heat but thankfully there was a very nice breeze coming off the ocean which made it very comfortable for her. She napped very good for a couple of hours under the umbrella we rented for the afternoon. She was the talk of the beach. Everyone who walked by us stopped to stare and smile, I think she was the cutest girl on the beach that day! We were just gleaming from ear to ear at all the attention our little peanut got that day!
I have also included some pics I took of her in some cute outfits before we left for FL. Some with her cousin Cole trying to give her kisses on the head and Granna nervously holding her away from Cole (boys can be rough sometimes) Also a cute pic of her cousin Ashlynn at the dinner table with a bucket on her head (The things a parent has to do to entertain a crying baby) Enjoy!
